In 2001 Nat Williams had a concept of turning the
old Costco building on Third Avenue into a multi-use business
center. With the help of a few associates the concept took form and
was presented to several local business leaders. Unfortunately, at
that time (post 9/11) there was not enough interest and the project
was shelved. Fortunately, the concept is sound but the time and
energy that is needed to rekindle the project is in short supply.

Spokane Business Center. Nat would enjoy discussing this concept
with any developer that is willing to take this project to the next
